General Terms

The owner of the STAFFCHANGE website (hereinafter referred to as the Website and/or Online Store) is Staffchange OÜ (registration code 16475320, VAT number EE102659236), with its registered address at Suur-Jõe tn 46a-4, Pärnu, Pärnu County, 80020, Estonia.
The terms create a contract between the website owner and the website users, detailing our terms and operations. By accessing or using the website, communicating via email or phone, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

The website user must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction, and you must have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into a binding contract under these terms. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if it is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Privacy Terms

1. General provisions

These privacy terms and conditions regulate the principles governing the collection, processing and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected, processed and stored by the controller of personal data, Staffchange OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the data processor).

a. A data subject within the meaning of the privacy terms and conditions is a customer or other natural or legal person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.

b. A ​​customer within the meaning of the privacy terms and conditions is anyone who purchases goods or services from or uses the data processor's website.

c. The data processor complies with the data processing principles set out in legislation, including processing the data processor's personal data lawfully, fairly and securely. The data processor confirms that the personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

These data protection conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, and the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

2.What type of information do we collect?

The personal data that the data controller collects, processes and stores are collected electronically, mainly via the website and e-mail. We receive, collect and store any information that you enter on our website or otherwise transmit to us.

a. By sharing your personal data, the data subject grants the data controller the right to collect, organize, use and manage the personal data that the data subject shares with the data controller for the purposes specified in the privacy policy, directly or indirectly when purchasing goods or services on the website.

b. The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data provided by him/her is accurate, correct and complete. Knowingly providing false data is considered a violation of the privacy policy. The data subject is obliged to immediately inform the data processor of any changes to the data provided.

c. The data processor is not liable for any damage caused to the data subject or third parties by the data subject providing false data.

The data processor may process the following personal data of the data subject:

First and last name, telephone number, e-mail address.

In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; Login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history.

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to leave the page.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, e-mail address, password, contact); payment information (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and personal profile.

In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that is available in public registers. ​

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation:

a. the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;

b. the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the data subject or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject;

c. the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

f. the processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

3. Why do we collect and store personal data for a long time?

a. For the purpose of sending and managing job offers, we retain the data for up to seven years.

b. For the purpose of providing customer service, account management and technical support, we retain the data for up to seven years after the purchase has been made.

c. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including financial and accounting purposes. we retain the data for 7 years after the last transaction.

d. To enable us to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related announcements and promotional messages, we retain it until the data subject expresses their desire to stop receiving the information.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways provided by Wix.com and used by our company comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by our store and its service providers.

The data processor retains the data of data subjects depending on the purpose of the processing, but not longer than 10 years.

4. With whom do we share personal data?

a. The data processor has the right to share the personal data of customers with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, potential employers.

b. When processing and storing the personal data of the data subject, the data processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing.

5. What are the rights of the data subject?

a. The data subject has the right to access and inspect his/her personal data.

b. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of his/her personal data.

c. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.

d. If the data processor processes the personal data of the data subject based on the data subject's consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

e. The data subject can contact our customer support at info@staffchange.com to exercise his/her rights.

f. The data subject can file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate to protect his/her rights.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you here at www.staffchange.com that it has been updated.
